Website Terms
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of this website. If we provide paid services, the scope, responsibilities, charges and any additional terms will be set out in a separate written business-to-business agreement.
2. What we do
Connect Everest provides cross-border recruitment marketing, market development, business introductions and consultancy support. We may facilitate communication between European employers, businesses and independent recruitment or professional-service partners in Nepal, India and other relevant markets. Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, we do not employ or supply workers, make hiring decisions or accept job applications through this website. The legal duties that apply depend on the activities actually carried out, not only the description used; roles and responsibilities must therefore be defined in writing before work begins.
3. Important limitations
- Website content is general information, not legal, immigration, tax, financial or investment advice.
- We do not guarantee a job, candidate, visa, licence, transaction, timeline or business outcome.
- Introduced employers, agencies and advisers are independent. An introduction is not an endorsement, and you should complete your own checks.
- Any regulated service must be provided under a separate agreement by an appropriately authorised professional.
4. Work-seekers and fees
Connect Everest does not charge work-seekers for finding or trying to find work. Job seekers should use appropriately licensed recruitment channels, verify all terms independently and never make a payment based only on a message, social-media post or website claim. Nobody is authorised to sell a Connect Everest job, visa, work permit or guaranteed interview.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with website content but it may become incomplete or out of date. References to markets, sectors, opportunities, partners or typical processes are illustrative and subject to verification. We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may view and share links to this website for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or copy its branding and content for commercial use without permission. Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by or licensed to Connect Everest.
7. Third-party links and introductions
Links to WhatsApp, email services, partner websites or other third-party resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, security, availability or privacy practices. Employers, recruitment businesses and professional advisers remain independent; an introduction does not create a partnership, agency relationship, approval or guarantee.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website, reliance on unverified content, or the acts and decisions of independent employers, agencies, advisers or public authorities.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Standards and complaints
Our Standards Centre describes our ethical-recruitment, worker-welfare, anti-slavery, equality, privacy, complaints and fraud-prevention commitments. These commitments do not replace the law or a signed service agreement.
