A practical link between Europe, Nepal and India

Connect Everest is a UK-based cross-border recruitment marketing and consultancy company, building bridges between European employers and the recruitment markets of Nepal and India.

We work at the connection point between European employers, businesses and recruitment agencies in Nepal and India. We understand European workforce demand, identify suitable recruitment opportunities, market those opportunities effectively and develop trusted relationships between employers and recruitment partners.

Rather than operating simply as a traditional recruitment agency, Connect Everest focuses on recruitment marketing, market development, business connections and consultancy. We help European businesses explore recruitment opportunities in Nepal and India while supporting recruitment agencies with access to European markets, employer requirements and new business opportunities.

From our base in London, our work can support sectors where international workers are in demand, including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and other general or semi-skilled workforce requirements.

There is no one-size-fits-all route. Instead, opportunities are matched to each client’s ambitions, experience, financial capacity and objectives. We make introductions to the business consultants, investment advisers, immigration specialists, legal professionals, accountants and compliance teams who provide the regulated advice. This approach keeps each connection tailored to the client and the specialist support required. Our role does not end with the introduction: Connect Everest continues the relationship through ongoing coordination and support as clients work with the appropriate professional teams.

How we charge

All fees are quoted and payable in GBP into Connect Everest’s UK business bank account. Before any work begins, the scope and charges are agreed transparently in a pre-contract or service agreement. The written agreement makes clear what support Connect Everest will provide and what the client will pay.

Connect Everest does not charge workers or job seekers any fee. Workers should contact the authorised partner agencies in Nepal or India directly.

A journey from overseas employment to global entrepreneurship

“Every international connection begins with understanding people, respecting cultures and building trust.”

With more than 25 years of experience in overseas employment, my professional journey has given me a deep understanding of the opportunities, challenges and responsibilities involved in connecting people across borders.

Education gave me the knowledge and perspective to understand markets and organisations, while entrepreneurship taught me how to turn ideas, relationships and opportunities into practical outcomes.

I have travelled to more than 40 countries, not simply as a traveller but as a learner. Those experiences shaped the way I see international recruitment: not simply as moving workers from one country to another, but as building responsible connections between markets, businesses and people.

From London, our ambition is simple: to create meaningful connections, develop trusted partnerships and open responsible opportunities across borders.
